Gregory Kucera is an artist working with video, photography, and sculpture who is interested in the ways in which the accidents and artifacts of simulation can be used to produce models of subjectivity. A graduate of the ArtCenter College of Design, Kucera has work in the collections of Thyssen-Bornemisza, Madrid, and Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo, NY. He has shown at I-20 in NYC, Angles Gallery in Santa Monica, MART in Milan, Rufino Tamayo in Mexico City, LACE, The Greg Kucera Gallery (No Relation), The Santa Monica Museum of Art, COCA in Seattle, and the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles among others. He is currently preparing for a show at Angles gallery in Santa Monica.
